1. Hire and Maintenance
Our customers are provided with a high quality range of services as follows:
- Initial meeting and discussion to identify your needs and requirements.
- Written quotation outlining full details of plants, pots and pricing.
- Installation usually within 72hrs of quote acceptance.
- Regular service calls by qualified and uniformed technician to maintain plants and pots.
- Plant replacement as and when necessary at our cost.
- Independent quality control visits to ensure our high quality requirements are being met.
2. Casual or Short Term Hire
Customers who require plants and pots for functions and events can expect the following:
- Initial meeting to discuss your requirements.
- Written quotation outlining full details of plants pots and pricing.
- Installation at venue either the day before or morning of the event.
- Confirmation phone call to advise installation is complete.
- Maintenance service if casual hire is for more than 7 days.
